Andrew Cook is one of the founders of the restaurant The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club in 2016 and amidst the start of a global pandemic was able to open a coffee business, Elegy, that now has multiple locations all over Nashville. Andrew speaks with Stuart and Erin about what that process was like running the restaurant, along with opening the coffee shop all during the global pandemic and the juggling act that comes with running those businesses during such a difficult time.
